We hope you love what you ordered from shopversona.com and want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) for a refund of the purchase price subject to these guidelines.

Note that shipping charges are not refundable.

We will gladly accept returns of online purchases from shopversona.com or you may return online purchases at any one of our Versona store locations. Items purchased at our retail store locations must be returned to a Versona store. Exchanges cannot be processed by shopversona.com and can only be made, subject to availability, by visiting one of our retail locations or by returning your current item to shopversona.com and reordering the new item of your choice.

With original receipt (your packing slip/invoice), we will honor a refund in the original form of payment within 60 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and have price tickets attached. Washed or worn merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. If you do not have your original receipt, please contact Customer Service at 1-844-VERSONA (837-7662).

RETURN OR EXCHANGE TO STORE
Our sales associates are happy to assist you with your return or exchange at any one of our Versona store locations. To find the store location nearest you, visit our store locator page. Please bring your shopversona.com packing slip/invoice to the store when returning or exchanging an item. Without your packing slip/invoice, we will offer an exchange or store credit at the current selling price.

RETURN TO SHOPVERSONA.COM
Note: We cannot process exchanges for items sent to our online fulfillment center. To exchange an item, please visit one of our retail store locations or return your current item and reorder the item of choice. Items purchased at our retail store locations must be returned to a Versona store. Shopversona.com cannot process returns for items purchased at our retail store locations.

If you would like to ship your item(s) purchased from shopversona.com back to us, you may follow one of the following return options. To ensure proper refund processing, be sure to include your packing slip/invoice. Failure to include your packing slip/invoice may delay the processing of your refund.

Pre-Paid Return Shipping
For convenient return processing, use the pre-paid, pre-addressed label included in your order package (for addresses in the 48 continental United States only). Please note, we will deduct $6.95 from your refund for shipping.

  • All products must be returned in unworn, unwashed condition with the price tickets attached.
  • All merchandise must be returned in its original packing materials.
  • Include order summary section of the enclosed shipping invoice and indicate the appropriate reason code next to the item ordered (please keep a copy for your records).
  • Use the pre-paid return label (included in your order package) to send to our fulfillment center.
  • No postage is required. The fixed shipping rate of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund. You will not be charged postage until the return is processed.
  • Refunds in the same form of original payment will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned order/item(s) at our fulfillment center. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
  • Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser, minus the $6.95 pre-paid return fee.
  • To ensure proper refund processing, do not reproduce the pre-paid label.

Standard Return Shipping
If you prefer, you may purchase postage at any post office or parcel shipping location you choose.

  • If you do not wish to use the pre-paid return label, we recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Versona is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by Versona.
  • If you are not using our pre-paid label return option, all return shipping must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. on deliveries.
